Police remove body, of 16-year-old Paul Reid from Albany Ave. house where he held a 15-year-old girl hostage for nearly 7 hours before being shot to death by Police Supt. Frank Barbetta. We felt sure he meant to kill her. And we felt we had to take action to prevent it. We waited for an opportunity, Barbetta said. He fired two shots at knife-wielding boy. One bullet struck him in heart, the other hit a wall. Reid is third person shot to death by Metro police this month.
