For 40 years Cec Goodman has been delivering milk in Rosedale and he's known some of his customers so long that if they forget to leave a note, he checks the fridge himself and gives them what they need. But this summer, at 66, he's heading in his milk van out to Cape Breton to join his brother and sisters. 'I don't think I could stand another winter,' he says.
