Heading for collision; the new Canadian National Railways turbotrain starts preview run today from Toronto's Union Station. A little more than two hours later; it smashed into a tractor-trailer at a level crossing in Kingston. New train is one of a pair; capable of speeds of up to 120 miles an hour; which starts service on Dec. 12. Two men were slightly injured in crash but train was not derailed.
