Collared: Quebec Premier Rene Levesque reacted quickly when he felt a hand on his collar during a reception during the premiers' conference in Toronto last night. What are you doing, he asked sharply as he turned and was relieved to see it was only a guest fixing his coat collar which was askew. Sartorially straightened out, Levesque continued partying.
