PAN5859-1 Viscount Bennett, former Prime Minister of Canada, known as the Empire builder, was buried at St Michaels, picturesque 14th century parish church of Mickelham, Surrey, yesterday, a few yards from the drive of the house where he lived in his retirement. The service was conducted by the Bishop of Guildford - Dr J. Macmillan.
