Business Business was Brisk yesterday for seven-year-old Hugh Spence; an enterprising businessman with a big heart. He knew that in this hot weather there had to be a big demand for refreshments among the kids in his neighborhood. So Hugh set up a cold drink stand in front of his Grisalda Cres. home in Scarborough and sold his cooling wares for two cents a glass. He also sold old toys and books. In two days Hugh took in $1.60 that will be given The Star Fresh Air Fund.
