Kicking off his party's federal election campaign in Metro last night, Conservative Leader Joe Clark told 3,000 people at a nomination meeting in the Olympium for new riding of Etobicoke Centre a Conservative government would introduce immediate measures to strengthen small businesses, the backbone of the country. Michael Wilson of Don Mills, executive vice-president of Dominion Securities, won the nomination.<br />
