Up and over: Concentration and determination are etched on the face of Jeff Buckingham of the Bud Light Track America club as he heads down the runway (left) for his first attempt in the pole vault event at last night's Star Indoor Games at Maple Leafs Gardens. Buckingham clears the starting height of 17 feet, four inches with ease (top) and sails armstretched to the foam pit (above) before acknowledging his successful vault (right). Earl Bell fo the Pacific Coast Club won the event at last year's Games with a leap of 18 feet, 1/2 inch. Bill Olson holds meet record at 19 feet 3/8 inch.
