Conflict Health care provides health services for people after An Israeli air raid on a vehicle in Gaza City today killed a local commander and a militant of the Islamic Jihad group, medics and the militant group said. Six passers-by, three of them children, were also wounded in the strike, the medics said. Islamic Jihad named the slain commander from its Al-Quds Brigades armed wing as Majed al-Harazin. An Israeli army spokeswoman confirmed that Harazin had been the target of the raid n Gaza city, 17 December 2007.
