Rail, speak at a luncheon presentation organized by the Canadian Club of<br />
Montreal.<br />
    He  used the opportunity to announce the refurbishing of LRC cars used<br />
in the Quebec City-Windsor corridor and provided details regarding the<br />
call for tenders on Monday morning. Mr. Cote 's address l focussed largely on<br />
the current and future potential of passenger rail travel.<br />
    Rail travel offers passengers better and smarter alternative-a safer,<br />
more comfortable, more efficient way to use time spent travelling. It's what<br />
VIA calls "the more human way to travel."<br />
