An armful of Canada's best non-fiction books. The 2008 finalists for The Charles Taylor Prize for Literary Non-Fiction were announced Tuesday, January 22nd at a press conference at Le Hotel Meridien King Edward in  Toronto.  CTP is the richest and most prestigious national award for non-fiction in the country.  Noreen Taylor, founder of the prize and chair of the Charles Taylor Foundation has her arms around the five nominated books. In the running for the $25,000 prize which will be announced March 3rd are authors: Kevin Bazzana, David Gilmour, Lorna Goodison, Richard Gwyen and Anna Porter.
