Norman M. Steinberg has been appointed Co-Chair of Ogilvy Renault. In his new role, Mr. Steinberg has become one of the two external representatives and formal spokespeople of the firm along with L. Yves Fortier, who remains Chairman of Ogilvy Renault. Mr. Steinberg joined the firm in 1976 and is a leading practitioner in the areas of corporate commercial law, corporate finance and securities and mergers and acquisitions.<br />
