Royal Bank plaza nears completion; One of 12 escalators being installed in Royal Bank Plaza is checked by workman Tom Hanna in main concourse of complex. It will be opened next year. This newest plaza will consist of twin towers and a two-level concourse of shops and dining facilities. The south tower goes to 41 storeys; the north to 26.
