Waves drive huge cakes of ice into one of lounges at Boulevard Club on Lake Shore Blvd. as Ted Krawec - ironically; ice-maker for the club's curling rink - tries to clear ice away. Water was 6 feet deep over much of the premises during height of yesterday's storm. Damage is estimated at more than $100;000. The sauna room; pro shop; lockers; laundry room . . . they're all gone; said another worker . . . worse than Hurricane Hazel.<br />
