It was a bang-up weekend for Progressive Conservative leader Joe Clark, his wife Maureen McTeer and their daughter Catherine. The family was in Quebec city for party's national convention, but it was also Catherine's first birthday yesterday. They celebrated sightseeing in Old Quebec in a horse-drawn caleche. Clark also has cause to celebrate as party united behind him.<br />
