All eyes in Canada were on Quebec today to see if the separatist Parti Quebecois would unseat the ruling Liberal party in the provincial election. Party leaders Rene Levesque, right, of Parti Quebecois, and Liberal Premier Robert Bourassa, left, cast their ballots this morning in Montreal. Liberals have been hard-hit by scandals and maladministration, but are intent on preserving Canadian unity.<br />
