It's the end of Canada if Quebec separates, federal cabinet minister Jean Chretien warned an open meeting in Eglinton riding last night. All of Canada, including Quebec, would become improved quickly and fall into hands of the United States, he said. The people in Ontario would probably suffer the most, Chretien added. The province needs the rest of Canada to support its industrial complex, he said.<br />
