Taking over the Leader of the Opposition's office, newly elected Conservative leader Joe Clark tells reporters about his plans. On his desk lies a copy of yesterday's Star headlined: JOE WHO? Today, he is visiting MPs in their offices to seek their views for his first apperance tomorrow before his colleagues in caucus. He has yet to appear before House of Commons since election. Aides said he wouldn't appear today to debate government's peace and security bill.<br />
