Cree Trapper Philip Cox; shown at home with daughter; Evelyn; 8; is one of the few Indians who still rely on trap lines for most of their income. Cox's line is on the site of a proposed hydro dam and airstrip; part of a giant plan to develop the James Bay area of Quebec.
