Col. W.A. Milroy (right) of Brownlee, Sask., public relations director at army headquarters, Ottawa, for the past two years, yesterday took over command of the Royal Canadian Armored Corps school at Camp Borden. He succeeds Col. A.J. Tedlie of Montreal (left) who becomes commander of armored corps.<br />
